OUR HEALTH STANDARDS: THE HEALTH OF OUR CUSTOMERS, EMPLOYEES, AND VENDORS IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our society.

First and foremost, please know that the safety and well-being of our guests, and employees continue to be our top priority. From the very beginning of this situation, Russell & Smith Auto Group has increased its efforts to protect all who visit us. These efforts include: 

  • Additional cleaning procedures in all areas of the dealerships, including increasing the frequency of these cleaning routines with an emphasis on all high-touched areas. 
  • Educating our employees on the steps they should be taking to keep themselves safe and healthy, including the expectation to stay home if they don't feel well for any reason.

We also regularly monitor updates from the CDC, Harris County Public Health, and Houston Health Department and are prepared to respond quickly based on their advice and recommendations. According to these agencies, the risk of infection to the public in Harris County is believed to be low. Indeed, we are pleased to welcome guests to all our locations and departments. Russell & Smith Auto Group will continue to keep the lines of communication open with our customers and employees to ensure that we continue to serve our customers with the best possible service. We will keep you updated on any changes to hours on our website and social media pages. 

As individuals, we understand the uncertainty brought on by current events and hesitation you may have when visiting any public retail environment. Russell & Smith Auto Group is pleased to offer the following alternatives to our customers (subject to availability):

  • Live virtual or in-home test drives on any vehicle in our inventory
  • Virtual trade-appraisals
  • Express purchase online is available on our websites and allows you to complete most of a transaction without having to visit the dealership. If you don't wish to visit, follow this process and we will be happy to offer vehicle delivery to your home or office.
