2020 MAZDA CX-9

The CX-9 is available in four distinctive trim levels: Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, and Signature. On the Sport and Touring, you'll find gray metallic-finished 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and a sporty body-colored rear roof spoiler. The Grand Touring's brilliant silver-finished 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and aluminum roof rails with satin chrome finish make it stand out in a crowd. The Signature gets its very own LED grille accent lighting and badging. An all-new wheel finish, Dark Silver, and all-new paint color, Soul Red Crystal, complete the look on this exciting trim level.

Colors and finishes aren't the only new additions to the 2020 CX-9. An all-new turbocharged engine comes standard on all trim levels. While previous engines put out 227 horsepower, this new engine produces 250 horsepower, as well as 320 pound-feet of torque.

An all-new engine deserves to be teamed up with exciting performance dynamics, which the 2020 CX-9 delivers. Mazda's G-Vectoring Control Plus provides enhanced steering response for a ride that is smooth and swift. The SKYACTIV®-Drive 6-speed automatic transmission is standard on all models. Adventurous drivers will appreciate an all-new off-road feature that gives the CX-9 an increase in torque and brake force. With the Sport, Touring, and Grand Touring, you have the option of front- or all-wheel-drive configurations. All-wheel-drive is standard on the Signature. If you choose a front-wheel-model, you get a mile per gallon rating of 22 mpg in the city and 28 on the highway. The all-wheel-drive models are capable of reaching 20 miles per gallon in the city and 26 on the highway.

The 2020 CX-9's interior is just as exciting and luxurious as its exterior. The Sport comes equipped with premium cloth seating and a power driver's seat that will keep you comfortable on the longest of drives. Leather-trimmed seating and a second-row center console are just some of the Touring's interior highlights. The Grand Touring includes such comfort features as second-row sunshades and second-row heated seating. The steering wheel also heats up, making that commute a little less chilly. Second-row captain's chairs and Nappa leather upholstery are just some of the luxuries you'll find in the Signature.

Mazda's exclusive i-ACTIVSENSE® driver assistance suite comes standard on all 2020 Mazda CX-9s. The suite includes a lane departure warning that helps you stay in your lane using audible and visual signals. If you don't heed these warnings in time, the lane-keep assist feature will apply corrective steering. Smart brake support can detect potential collisions and apply the brakes as needed. A traffic sign recognition system can detect signs and notify you of them using your active driving display, keeping you informed without any distraction.
